So What Exactly Are We Doing Here?

I had an idea, I really liked living in Walthamstow but worked as a Personal Trainer in Central London and I disliked having to get on the tube each day (I was far too fair weather to cycle - you guys are the real heroes).  I also struggled to find somewhere to train in E17 that I could call my fitness home (no offence intended to anyone) and so I decided to resolve this by opening a training club/members club/bar/gym.

I have always been interested in people (their lives, their stories), probably more so than fitness, and I love that we share so much common ground yet we are all unique and different. I think that we do our best work when we feel valued and loved in a positive and supportive environment and that is what I want to build here. I wanted to make a safe space for all where we could come together with our people, feel safe, mess up, laugh, learn, chat, get stronger together.

Personally I have always preferred the class experience to PT but I have often struggled with the haphazard nature of the programming of the session, what are we working towards from one session to the next? Something that you get with the more personal element of PT.

So what we have done is to create a foundational strength program with real progression that keeps you strong and balanced but also tried to bring in some more fun and demanding class disciplines to keep you moving forward (or maybe even just treading water - that’s ok too) with a community of people who just love to see you and only want the best for you.
